Y. Bhg. Dato' Ralph Yapp completed his business management studies at the Canadian Institute of Management at University of Manitoba and obtained the C.A.M. professional designation and Professional Manager Accreditation from the Society of Professional Managers (U.S.A.). He is currently a certified member of the Malaysian Institute of Management. His corporate appointments and management experience over the years was in the field of manufacturing, physical distribution and property development.

In 1997, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer to oversee the operations of three healthcare companies, namely Antah Sri Radin Sdn. Bhd, Antah Pharma Sdn. Bhd. and Bumimedic Sdn. Bhd.

In 2002, these companies were strategically merged under the corporate umbrella of Antah HealthCare Group which resulted in an accelerated growth with a turnover in excess of RM100 million. In order to further develop the Group, he persisted with acquiring regulation standards to gain confidence among its principals and customers. Antah Pharma Sdn. Bhd. has been awarded with MS ISO 9001:2000 status since 2003 and recently achieved the upgraded MS ISO9001:2008 standard of excellence while Antah Sri Radin Sdn Bhd has also acquired the same ISO status during an audit by SIRIM in September 2009.
