Antah Bumimedic Sdn. Bhd. was registered and established as a Bumiputera tendering agency for government hospital projects. The corporation is 100% owned by Bumiputera shareholders and it is the appointed Bumi tendering agent for Antah Sri Radin Sdn. Bhd., Antah Pharma Sdn. Bhd. and Bumimedic (M) Sdn. Bhd. The registered office is in Petaling Jaya with management offices located at major urban towns nationwide.

With operational support from the Antah HealthCare Group of companies, it is able to handle all physical distribution functions including backup service by trained technical personnel. The customer can always be assured of good quality products from the company’s well established group of local and overseas suppliers.

Antah Bumimedic recently entered into a warehousing and distribution agreement with KDM PHARMA (Pharmaceutical Division of KDM Berhad) to provide Logistic services to distribute a wide range of pharmaceutical products to their members. Koperasi Doktor Malaysia Berhad (KDM) is a dedicated doctor’s co-operative in Malaysia and it currently has approximately 650 doctors throughout West Malaysia who are registered with the organization. To further its business strategy, KDM has set up KDM Pharma as a procurement arm to deal with the pharmaceutical trade on behalf of its GP members.
